Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email at orders@scentsbydesire.com. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or the original payment method used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item sent).
