Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Pakistan. No minimum order value required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp or email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are typically faster. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your order through the courier's website or via our order tracking page at scentsbydesire.com.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery again. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.
